"LIVE WITH CERTAINTY" – SOCIAL PROGRAM OF LONG-TERM RENTAL PROPERTY WITH THE TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP TO THE LESSEE

The program «Live with certainty» allows low-income and unprotected people to find their own housing. The program is a great solution for people who for various reasons can not get a mortgage from banks (low wages, bad credit history, etc.).

The program is based on a guaranteed long-term lease for a period of 10-20 years. On the expiry of the contract, in case of a good fulfilment of conditions of investment lease payments*, and the responsibilities of taking care of the house, the tenant becomes the full owner of the property. Thus, the program ensures the long-term tenant lease, without the right of termination of the contract by the lessor, and getting rental properties in the property.
